Did you know a rainbow is actually supposed to be a full circle? You usually can’t see the full circle because most of the time the rainbow lies beneath the horizon. There is no rain and weather underground either. But in special circumstances, as seen in an airplane one can make out the full circle. Typically it’s when an airplane is overlooking a waterfall or sea.
